Synopsis

This role is a Middle / Senior Management position at the head office of a medical administration company in
Bryanston, Johannesburg. This position reports to the Executive Director for Clinical Operations and/or the Executive Director for Group Services and is responsible for collaborating with other departments to meet all internal and external clinical and non-clinical recruitment needs. In depth understanding of recruitment functionality of a clinical practice including the administration arm is required.


Qualification / Skills Required

  • Tertiary Business Administration / Recruitment qualification or the relevant experience/expertise
  • 5+ years’ experience in Recruitment in the medical industry
  • Global medical industry experience would be an advantage
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license (national travel required).
    Own mode of transport is required.

Key
Job Functions

General Functions

  • Prepare and analyse monthly reports for presentation to the Operational and/or Executive Committee
  • Adhere to annual budget for direct costs and department resources
  • Policy and procedure adherence and maintenance

Recruitment Enablement

  • In conjunction with the executive and operational management team, design and define a resource and needs analysis including a forecasted growth strategy
  • Maintain and develop, in conjunction with executive and operational management team, a comprehensive recruitment plan.
  • Design and implement recruitment functions locally and nationally for all employment vacancies
  • Develop a targeted database of potential clinical and non-clinical employees
  • Contact targeted groups of candidates for potential employment
  • In conjunction with the executive and operational management team, develop suitable employment packages for business job functions
  • Meet with potential employees telephonically and in person to promote the possibility of potential employment.
  • Take part in recruitment and marketing initiatives aimed at potential employees.
  • Use and enable communication tools provided by the Marketing team to enable digital recruitment strategies
  • Discover and introduce recruitment platforms to recruit high quality and committed individuals

Human Resource Management

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager with recruitment process including but not limited to the interview, orientation and induction process
  • Provide redundancy for Human Resources department for offer, contract management and onboarding functions
  • Enable a seamless function for new recruits into the various businesses
