A bit more about First Care Solutions… First Care Solutions is a medical administration and services company founded in 2007. Originally named ER Corporate Administration (Pty) Ltd, First Care Solutions was initially created to administer emergency practices on behalf of ER Consulting Inc. Over the years however, the scope of work began to involve other healthcare disciplines and services were expanded. The company now also manages the medical administration of primary healthcare clinic, SHI Healthcare Clinics. The medical training division was divested into a subsidiary company in 2017, the Africa Institute of Emergency Medicine.
Having grown out of the emergency medicine space, First Care Solutions remains particularly strong in this area of healthcare focusing on delivering the best service to its clients and finding innovative ways to improve administrative processes in your practice.
